IMPORTING SONGS FROM A CD

Insert the CD into the CD player.
Launch iTunes. In the left hand column you will see an Audio CD icon.
Click on the CD icon and you will see the playlist of songs on the right side of the window.
Check the song(s) you want to import, then click Import at the upper right.
Click on the Library icon after the song is imported. You will see your imported song.
Eject the CD.

CREATING PLAYLISTS

Open iTunes.
Click on the + button in the bottom left of the window. You will see a new item called Untitled Playlist appear in the right-hand column.
Give the playlist a name like Songs for Video.

ADDING SONGS TO A PLAYLIST

BURNING A PLAYLIST TO A CD

Insert a blank CD into your iBook.
It will ask you to name your CD.
Launch iTunes.
Click on the playlist you want to burn.
Click on the Burn Disc button at the top right of the iTunes window. The gray button will turn into a black and yellow striped circle. Click on this button and the CD will automatically begin burning.
As the CD is burning, iTunes will let you know how much time remains in the burning process.
DO NOT eject the CD until the burning process is complete.
