Transforming Stress Into Resilience
A resilient individual possesses the psychological and biological strengths necessary to master change successfully and bounce back when the going gets tough. Opportunity-driven rather than danger-driver, resilient individuals respond to stress in ways that help them not only recover, but also grow and thrive. This program focuses on methods for building resilience and strength in the face of challenge and change.
Nurturing Self-Esteem in Yourself and Others
Given the constantly changing and competitive world we live in today, our happiness and success in life requires that we understand self-esteem and nurture it in ourselves and other people. In this program, you will learn six practices that provide a foundation for the establishment and maintenance of a healthy self-esteem.
Creating a Healthy Relationship With Food
This session will explore the difference between physiological and emotional hunger and focus on helping participants end the diet-binge-guilt cycle of unhealthy eating. Participants will gain insight into their eating patterns and learn effective strategies for creating a healthy relationship with food. In addition, the program focuses on methods for creating and maintaining an internal (your relationship with yourself) and external (your home and surroundings) environment that promotes self-acceptance
and health.
Color Profile
Through exploring your personality or "color profile", you will develop a better understanding of yourself and how to communicate with others more effectively. In doing so, you will have a greater understanding of how to: 1) work in a way that increases your self-esteem and brings you energy and clarity; 2) reduce stress and tension; 3) enhance your leadership abilities; and 4) create or maintain a work environment that supports, challenges, and motivates people from all color profiles.
