The Relationship of Chronic Stress in Teachers to Job Burnout and Stress-Related Growth

The purpose of this project is to examine the relationship of chronic stress in teachers to job burnout and illness, as well as what enables teachers to bounce back and grow from stressful experiences.  We anticipate approximately 300 teachers from across the state of Texas will participate in the study.
