You might want to have your students do a survey of what they thought about the service-learning project (What was your favorite activity? On a scale of 1-10, how much do you feel you learned about______, etc.) Students could then graph the info in ClarisWorks and import the graphs into some sort of HyperStudio project. Have students and community members add some testimonials to the stack and you've got a great presentation to show parents, school board, and possible funders.
Anyone have any other ideas?
