7:00 am to 3:30 pm. 2.5 hour shifts, 10-12 students per shift.
Description:
The playday is designed for enjoyment, to provide all AISD elementary age participating students with an equitable opportunity to play volleyball, interact with children from different schools and neighborhoods, and visit the UT campus.
GENERAL HELP - All students are welcome to sign up. Volunteers will be assigned a job when they arrive. Job descriptions will be posted, and guidance is provided in all areas. Jobs include taking 5th graders from a holding area to the volleyball clinic, and to volleyball matches. Volunteers might also be assigned to the awards area and/or the hospitalilty room. Be on time to ensure the tournament stays on time.

To sign up send your name, email address, phone number, T-shirt size, name of your instructor, and shift you
would like to sign up for to Dolores Groves
(dolores.groves@mail.utexas.edu).
DO NOT sign up on duplicate volleyball sheets unless your skills meet the qualifications and the times do not conflict with one another.
Check back in a few days to see if you have been added
to the list. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION.
