Google Docs Spreadsheet

This is a type of Google Doc. If you have not read the Google Docs page yet, you should begin there.

Menu

Google Docs Spreadsheet have total 8 menu, including File, Edit, View, Insert, Format, Form, Tools, and Help, on its tool bar. Each menu has its own sub menu, which are following.

     File: New, Open, Upload, See revision History, Spreadsheet settings, Rename, Make a copy, Download as, Save, and Print.
          *(Google Docs Spreadsheet can be downloaded as CVS, HTML, Text, Excel, OpenOffice, PDF)
    - Edit: Undo, Redo, Cut, Copy, Paste, format only, Paste values only, Delete row 1, Delete column A, Clear selection, Named ranges, Search the web, and Find and Replace
    - View: Normal view, List view, Hide grid-lines, Show formula bar, Show all formulas, Hidden sheets, Compact controls, Hide controls. 
    - Insert: Row above, Row below, Column left, Column right, Comment, Function, Gadget, Chart, Image, Drawing, and Script.
    - Format: Font, Bold, Italic, Underline, Strike through, Change colors with rules, Clear formatting.
    - Form: Create a form, Send form, Go to live form, Email # recipients, Embed form in a web page, Show summary of response, Accepting responses, and Delete form.
    - Tools: Sort sheet by column A, A->Z, Sort sheet by column A, Z->A, Sort, Filter, Freeze rows, Freeze columns, Checking spelling, Protect sheet, Scripts, Notification rules, Data validation, Solve, Enable Auto-complete.
