This is a type of Google Doc. If you have not read the Google Docs page yet, you should begin there.


Menu


Google Docs Presentation have total 8 menu, including File, Edit, View, Insert, Format, Slide, Table, and Help, on its tool bar. Each menu has its own sub menu, which are following.

  • File: New, Open, Upload, See revision History, Language, Rename, Make a copy, Download as, Saved, Page set up, Print setting, Print review, and Print.(Google Docs Presentation files can be downloaded as PDF, PowerPoint, and Text)
  • Edit: Undo, Redo, Cut, Copy, Paste, Select all, Find, and replace.
  • View: Start presentation, Show speaker notes, Zoom in, and Zoom out.
  • Insert: Text, Image, Drawing, Video, Table, Shape, and Import slides.
  • Format: Presentation setting, Align Horizontally, Align Vertically, Center on slide, Distribute, Rotate, Snap on grid, and Order.
  • Slide: New slide, Duplicate slide, and Delete slide.
  • Table: Insert table, Insert row above, Insert row below, Insert column left, Insert column right, Delete table, Delete row, Delete column, and Table properties.

Start Presentation


The Google Docs Presentation allows you to show the slides, which you've created, with clicking the "Start Presentation" button, which is on the right side of the window.
