Survey distribution and data management tips
Google Forms support the survey distribution and data management with the buttons on the right side of the window.
- Email this form: This button allows you to send the form to the participants through email. The description about the form is included in the email automatically. You can select to include the form in the email or not.
- See responses: To see the collected data, you can select one between "summary" and "Spreadsheet." The summary gives the HTML version of data, including the bar graph, which visualize the number of daily responses. The spreadsheet creates the data sheet with the Google Docs Spreadsheet.
