Research Interest: Area of acute and chronic physiological and metabolic adjustments to physical inactivity (i.e. sitting) and activity (i.e. walking, planned exercise, etc.).

Other Interests: Listening to radio and hill songs, walking, playing soccer, practicing Taekwondo, and reading novels and the Bible.
