Back to workshop home On the calculators students create velocity vs. time graphs or position vs. time graphs for their simulated elevators in response to various challenges.  Projected up front they see all the elevators move together.  Each student's graph controls one of these upfront elevators.  The simultaneous motion gives the students both contrast and similarity to use in making sense of motion graphs.
