KIN395: Biomechanics of Sport
The purpose of this course is to familiarize students with the scope, techniques, and findings of the field of biomechanics as applied in sport settings. We shall review basic biomechanical concepts and principles and then study recent efforts to apply them to selected situations. Students are expected to have taken an undergraduate biomechanics class and to be able to use quantitative and qualitative methods for movement analysis.
