Curriculum Vitae

  1. Please download and complete the CV form.
  2. Write an essay discussing your academic, research, and study interests. A further discussion of your future professional plans is also in order. This essay is meant to gauge your writing ability and general knowledge in linguistics, language, and literature. At the Ph.D. level, this essay is used to assess your research goals and potential. Essays should not exceed five pages double-spaced.
  3. Mail the completed CV form and essay to:

  4. Three Letters of Recommendation should be sent to the above address under separate cover. Ph.D. applicants should provide letters of recommendation from their M.A. program.

Applications are not accepted for spring semesters.

Please note: When filling out the online application for admission, Foreign Language Education is not considered a specialization within the Curriculum and Instruction graduate major, but instead stands separately as its own graduate major.
