The Aquatic Safety Program is part of the Department of Kinesiology and Health Education in the College of Education at The University of Texas at Austin. We are a community outreach program that has been offering courses in heatlh and safety since 1982. We service the Austin and Central Texas regions and target participants from around the Lone Star state who seek top quality training opportunities.

General Information

The UTASP office is located in Bellmont Hall (BEL) and will be open for walk-in and drop-off registration in room 222, Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

All classes will meet at the Texas Swim Center (TSC) on the first night, unless the Anna Hiss Gym (AHG) is the only building listed. All aquatic class sections will be held at the TSC Pool.

Students may be picked up at TSC at the end of class. A complete schedule for each class will be given to participants on the first day.
