KHE Majors Honored as Distinguished Scholars

Sixteen KHE majors were recognized as Distinguished College of Education Scholars at the 66th Honors Day held at the Frank Erwin Center on April 12. Distinguished Scholar is the highest recognition given at Honors Day. These students have GPA’s that place them in the top 4% of their college.

The following students were recognized: Athletic Training major Cody Dronak; Exercise Science majors Lance Angelle, Onyinyechi Chidomere, Cara Hughes, Gabrielle Hurley, Brianne Loyd-Tristan, Lina Padegimaite, Layla Rodriguez, Taylor Runeberg, and Mary Sluss; Physical Culture and Sport majors David Lammers and Corey Schneider; Sport Management majors Latonya Harris, Latoya Harris, Rumzy Hneiti, and Melanie Trostel.
