Work
The non-traditional work hours and distinctive work environment within the sport industry provide numerous challenges for employers, employees, and volunteers. SLQ research in this area has focused on human resource management, work policies and programs, organizational culture, and job satisfaction within the sport industry. Consequently, this branch of SLQ research provides managers and administrators who are concerned with improving their own and their employees’ life quality with the necessary tools to do so.
