Profile
Mike Sander's research interests and professional presentations have included various physical perfromance parameters, motor learning, cognitive feedback and maximizing learning environments. The content of recent publications includes progressive resistance training, periodization, motor learning and motor behavior. Recently, he has been active in promoting leadership education and leadership development.
