Student Lounge and Suggestion Box

Along with the Advising and Career Services Center, there is also a Student Lounge in BEL 1005.  The lounge is open Monday – Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM.  There are plenty of tables for students to use while studying alone or in a small group.  The Lounge also has two computer stations, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a TV to keep them entertained when they are not studying.  During the final exam periods, there are mandatory “quiet hours” in the lounge so that students can successfully prepare for their upcoming exams.

The Kinesiology and Health Education Advising and Career Services staff is always working on improving the services they offer to students.  If a student has an idea or a suggestion for the department or the 10th floor Center, there is a Suggestion Box located near the front desk in BEL 1005.  Students can anonymously submit their ideas or suggestions for the department and the staff to consider.
