Academic Advising

Students in our Kinesiology and Health majors are encouraged to meet with their Academic Advisors at least once a semester.  Also, anyone considering transferring into one of the Kinesiology and Health Education majors should review our "Transfer Policy" criteria before they schedule an appointment to meet with an Advisor.

During the “open or non – pre-registration time in the semester, advising appointments will last 45 minutes.  Advisors will see students that are currently in the College of Education, as well as those interested in transferring into the College.

• Appointment times in the mornings are at:  8:30, 9:15, 10:00, and 10:45
• Appointment times in the afternoon are at: 1:30, 2:15, 3:00, and 3:45

During pre-registration advising (October - mid-November in Fall and April - mid-May in Spring), we will only see current College of Education students.   Advising appointments during pre-registration last 30 minutes.  Students must call or stop by the office to set up their pre-registration advising appointment.
