Master's Program
The Sport Management Program specialization at the Master’s Degree Level was established in 1983 in response to the growing need for graduate level training of individuals pursuing professional opportunities in sport administration and management.
The Sport Management Master’s program is a degree specialization within the Department of Kinesiology and Health Education. Students can either choose the thesis or internship option. Those choosing to write a thesis are awarded a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree upon completion of the degree requirements, while those taking the internship route are awarded a Master of Education (M.Ed.).
