SASP Volunteers Help Beautify Local Elementary School

SASP volunteersThe Student Association of School Psychology (SASP) is having a great Fall semester! This student organization provides resources to School Psychology graduate students, promotes the field of School Psychology in the community, and organizes professional development opportunities.

SASP members recently joined many other volunteers at Metz Elementary School to help paint the playground and breezeways with fun and educational designs. Metz students returned to school on Monday to find a colorful repainted map of the United States, a seventy-segmented orange and red centipede, and a host of other bright decorations. Below, third-year School Psychology doctoral students Leah Wang and Eli Lotz are seen finishing up their fun morning of painting.
