Pam Larick Receives Prestigious UT Award
We are very pleased to announce that Pamela Larick, Admissions Coordinator for Educational Psychology, has been selected as a recipient of the 2012 Outstanding Staff Award. The Outstanding Staff and Supervisor Awards Program recognizes non-teaching UT Austin employees who have made outstanding contributions to the continuing success of the university.
Outstanding Staff Award Recipients must…

a significant impact on the university through
- outstanding dedication;
- competence;
- conscientious performance;
- excellent customer service; and,
- ingenuity.
- Contribute to and demonstrate a commitment to the university's core purpose and values;
- Have significantly improved customer service or increased customer satisfaction for specific university customers;
- Have significantly improved a work process or system or have significantly increased the efficiency of an operation or unit;
- Have demonstrated an exceptional ability to foster collaboration, communication, and cooperation among colleagues and university constituents; or,
- Have performed at a level above and beyond normal job requirements.
The President's Staff Awards ceremony will be held on May 4, 2012, from 10 a.m. to noon in the LBJ Auditorium.
