We are pleased to announce our new master’s specialization in School Psychology. The purpose of this specialization is to prepare individuals to be a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) and to work as an essential member of school teams to provide direct educational, behavioral, and mental health services for children and youth, as well as work with families, school administrators, educators, and other professionals to create supportive learning and social environments for all students. Our specialization integrates hands-on, practical experience throughout the curriculum. Graduates will have a background in school and family contexts, child and adolescent development, psycho-educational and social/emotional assessment, cognitive behavioral therapy, school consultation, and research and evaluation.
