Required Courses

Students in the doctoral specialization in Quantitative Methods will take courses in the area of statistics and psychometrics, as well as courses outside the Quantitative Methods Area and Department of Educational Psychology.  The required courses are listed below

All quantitative courses required of the Master’s with a specialization in Quantitative Methods+

Three Core Area Courses in Educational Psychology.

Three courses (a minimum of 9 total hours) that are outside of the Educational Psychology Department*

Specialized competency – computer programming course covering data simulation*
