Profile
My research interest centers primarily around the question, What makes certain people vulnerable to becoming depressed? Most of my work has focused on cognitive factors, biases in perception, interpretation, and memory that seem to characterize depression. Most recently I have been interested in emotion regulation (avoidance, suppression, rumination, emotional processing, mindful attention) and how it plays into depression vulnerability.
