Nomination Information

Nominations for membership in the summer cohort of The University of Texas at Austin Principalship program are accepted from September through November 30.

Interested candidates may self-nominate, but it is preferred that candidates be nominated by a school, district, or university leader who is familiar with the nominee’s work.

Nominated candidates will be sent information on applying for the Principalship Program and are required to attend an Orientation session in December at the Al Kiva located in the George I. Sánchez Building, Room 104. Dates for Orientation will be announced by the end of September.

To nominate yourself, or someone else, you may use our online Nomination Form or e-mail principalship@austin.utexas.edu with the word "Nomination" in the Subject line and include the following information:

• Name of the Nominee
• Nominee’s Position and School/District
• Nominee’s School Mailing Address, including City, State, and Zip Code
• Nominee’s Daytime Telephone Number and/or cell phone number
• Nominee’s E-mail Address
• Your contact information including
• Your Name, Position, School/District
• Email address and telephone number
