Higher Education Leadership Program (HELP)

The High Education Leadership Program consists of the following two areas of specialization:

The objective of the Program in Higher Education Administration Program is to prepare, train and educate students to become leaders in the administration of colleges and universities, scholars who can bring about greater understanding of higher education, and teachers who can pass on knowledge of the past and equip students with the ability to work with an ever-changing higher education environment in the future.

The Community College Leadership Program is conceptualized as a program to enhance and develop those competencies, skills, proficiencies, and attributes that are required to effectively lead a successful college with what many perceive as a mission impossible (access with excellence).
