The Department of Educational Administration is recognized as providing graduate programs of distinction and is considered one of the most outstanding in the nation. In addition to higher education, specialization is offered in community college leadership, and public school executive leadership.

Although each program, including higher education, involves unique specialization coursework, a common core of knowledge is required of all students and is assessed by oral and written examinations. 

 

The University of Texas at Austin’s College of Education made a significant leap in this year’s U.S. News & World Report America’s Best Graduate Schools rankings, bounding up a remarkable four notches to become one of the top 10 colleges of education, overall, in the country.   The Educational Administration program is now ranked sixth overall.  | Read More |
