APPLICATION CHECKLIST

Application Information Sessions will address program requirements and answer nominee questions. Candidate sign up and attendance at one session is mandatory.

APPLICATIONS DUE by JANUARY 20, 2013

Note: Because of our assessment process to select cohort members, this Program deadline is earlier than the University GIAC deadline.

University Requirements

Submit Application to the UT Graduate and International Academic Center (GIAC) 

All requirements must be received by GIAC by JAN 20, 2013 including:

• Completed GIAC application
• 3 Letters of Reference (one must be from current supervisor) via GIAC email request
• Statement of Purpose
• GRE scores
• Official Transcripts
• Upload your Resume in UTAPP Format to your graduate school application via GIAC's Admissions "check the status". This may be done 24-48 hours after submitting the GIAC application.

Department/Program Requirements by JAN 20, 2013:

• Complete the online Applicant Information Sheet 
• Mail the $30 Program Application Fee* to Dept. of Educational Administration, ATTN: Graduate Advisor, The University of Texas at Austin, SZB 374, 1 University Station, D5400, Austin, TX 78712-0374  

*Proceeds may be used in general support of the College of Education.

  Assessment Center. Selected candidates will be invited to participate in an assessment center conducted by UTAPP faculty and local leaders in education as part of the program selection process on Saturday FEB 9, 2013.
