Notice of change in leadership in the Department of Educational Administration
Friends and colleagues,
Effective June 1, I will be leaving the position of department chair so that I may devote more time to our Community College Leadership Program (CCLP).
I would like to thank the College of Education for the opportunities and generous support provided to me over the past two years, during which time I served as chair. I also look forward to my new role with CCLP and the first major project I will be undertaking, which is to work with department faculty and a highly regarded external review team to discuss new ideas for the enhancement of our community college doctoral concentration.
Dr. Randy Bomer will become department chair ad interim on June 1, and will lead the Department of Educational Administration until August 31, 2017, as well as lead the Department of Curriculum and Instruction.
