Please Note:
* A non-English writing sample is required for individuals applying to the Bilingual/Bicultural Education program area. The writing sample should describe the applicant's cross-cultural and/or cross-linguistic experiences. The purpose is to demonstrate both with the language and the content of the essay, that the applicant has made efforts to cross borders and have worked, travelled, and/or been in situations that required a multiplicity of cultural competencies. This writing sample should be submitted to the Graduate Coordinator along with your application supporting materials (C&I Application Procedures).
** For individuals interested in applying to join our Proyecto Maestria cohort, the application process is identical to the process for the MA/MEd degrees. You should indicate in your statement of purpose that you are a currently practicing bilingual educator, and that you would be interested in joining the Proyecto Maestria cohort.
