Advisory Board

Select advisory board members include administrators, teachers, teacher educators, and regional professional development providers.

The purpose of the advisory board is to provide expertise and consultation to meet program goals as well as to enhance Bilingual Education and ESL programs in the greater Austin area.

Members of our Advisory Board:

• Serve as an ambassador and an advocate for Austin area bilingual and ESL programs and for UT’s master’s level professional development for bilingual and ESL teachers.
• Help to inform others and raise awareness, interest and support for Proyecto Maestría.
• Provide support and share expertise to improve the effectiveness of Proyecto Maestría.
• Help evaluate our progress toward accomplishing project goals, including the effectiveness of the training program and our partnerships with AISD and other participating districts.
