Equipment Delivery for Classrooms
The LTC provides delivery, set-up, and return of presentation equipment and laptop fleets in the Sánchez Building and Bellmont Hall during LTC Services hours. Reserve equipment needed and give delivery instructions online.

Technology Classrooms
These LTC classrooms facilitate collaboration and allow faculty to use a wide variety of technologies in their instruction. They may be reserved for semester-long courses, a single class, or other instructional purposes.

Computer Facilities
The LTC provides a computer lab/classroom that may be reserved and walk-in available workstations. Laser printing is available.

The LTC Technical and Network Services provides computer and other technical assistance to College faculty and staff. Submit assistance requests for all technical matters to the LTC’s Help system.

Online Reservations
A number of LTC resources, including the computer lab and technology classrooms, digital production areas, and equipment for checkout or delivery, can be reserved on the Web with the LTC’s convenient reservation system. Submit requests at least 24 hours in advance.

UTcreate (Laptop and Software Help)
The UTcreate Help Desk provides critical support for students who use laptops, especially those using a required device for their teacher education courses.

Videoconferencing
Distance Learning Classroom (DLC) provides videoconferencing with HD video. IDEA Studio staff can help get started with desktop videoconferencing, such as Adobe Connect.

Website Creation Tools
The IDEA Studio supports faculty and their students who wish to create and publish web sites. Websites previously created in the IDEA Studio's Open Websites tool will continue to be maintained. New sites should be created in Google Sites, for those with an @utexas.edu account.
