Equipment Delivery

LTC Services provides delivery, set-up, and return of presentation equipment and laptop fleets for Sánchez Building and Bellmont Hall classrooms, during LTC Services hours. Reserve equipment needed and give delivery instructions at least 48 hours in advance via the LTC’s online reservation system. Requesters receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of the request and then another e-mail confirming or declining the reservation.

Network Access

The laptop computers have wireless access through restricted.utexas.edu to the Internet.

Software Currently Installed

The MacBooks can run either Mac OS X or Windows. A variety of popular applications are available for use with the laptops, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet applications.
