LTC Administrative Office
The LTC Administrative staff handle all administrative tasks necessary for the operation of the LTC, including accounting, purchasing, and human resources matters.

LTC Services
The LTC Services Area provides most of the LTC’s day-to-day services for COE students and faculty, including equipment checkout, technology classroom and computer lab reservations, and equipment delivery to classrooms. Staff at the LTC Services Desk in SZB 536 can help you access all the LTC has to offer!

Support for Laptop Requirement of UTcreate
The LTC provides critical support for UTcreate, the College of Education’s laptop requirement for teacher educators. The UTceate Help Desk provides hardware support for students using required devices and general help with basic software questions. The coordinator facilitates effective instructional use of laptops and other mobile devices for students and instructors in the program.

Technical and Network Services
Technical and Network Services manages the COE data and wireless networks, manages COE network security, provides computer and technical help for COE faculty and staff, offers an automated desktop backup service for faculty and staff, and supports access to Web and Database servers.

IDEA Studio
The LTC’s IDEA Studio offers College of Education faculty a broad range of technology integration services to enhance teaching and research. They help faculty choose the best technology tools to achieve instructional or research objectives and can help with online resources, classroom technology training, and videoconferencing. External and Special Projects
External and Special Projects manages the LTC’s externally funded research and collaborative activities and other special projects, including the Vision Awards. This area also manages the Education Visualization Laboratory.

The LTC’s Communications area provides Web and print information about the LTC. LTC tours and orientations are provided. The Web Designer maintains the COE websites and can assist COE staff working on departmental and center sites.
