College of Education File Server (files.connect.edb.utexas.edu)
IMPORTANT ALL USERS: Before you can connect to this server you must first establish a VPN connection with the College of Education VPN server. If you don't have the College of Education VPN program installed on your computer, click here for instructions on how to download and install it onto your computer.
- By first connecting to the College of Education VPN you are ensuring an encrypted connection between your computer and the file server. This is a University requirement for the transmission of Category-1 data over a computer network.
ATTENTION Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) Users: Due to current incompatibilities with the "Mountain Lion" version of OS X and the College of Education VPN server, a special program and procedure needs to be followed to allow connection to the file server. Please send an email request to help@edb.utexas.edu requesting assistance with connecting to the file server from an OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion computer instead of following the instructions linked below.
