LTC Opens New Study Area August 29, 2012
The LTC's new student study area in SZB 536.
Welcome, Fall 2012 College of Education students! The LTC has lots of services and facilities to help students get their classes off to a great start.
This semester, we’ve just installed a new student study area. At the south end of SZB 536, this area is designed especially for quiet, individual study. The area features a large table and upholstered chairs with arm tablets big enough to hold a laptop computer and a notebook. “Students had told us that the Sánchez Building lacked comfortable spaces for individual study, so we wanted to help fill that need,” says Chad Fulton, the LTC Coordinator who oversaw the COE Technology Plan-funded project.
So check out this new facility, and while you are in the LTC find out more about all the services we offer. We hope to see you often this semester in the LTC.
