LTC Welcomes Students for Spring 2010! - January 19th, 2010
LTC Lab iMacs can boot into either Windows or OS X, which means you can use the system you're most comfortable with.
The Learning Technology Center welcomes back all College of Education students for the Spring 2010 semester!
We’ve been working hard during the winter break to improve our facilities. All the iMac computers in our SZB 439 computer labs are now dual-boot! All it takes is one click of an onscreen button to choose the operating system, Mac or Windows, that you want to use. And we have updated the technical systems in our Distance Learning Classroom with the latest digital HD equipment!
As ever, the LTC provides lots of great technology facilities and services for Education students and faculty.
In our 5th floor Student Collaborative Area, you’ll find a great place to study, meet with classmates, or recharge your laptop.
Our Laptop Help team is also here at the LTC Services Desk to provide hardware support for teacher preparation required Apple laptops, and help with general applications.
Borrow all sorts of digital media equipment, such as camcorders and projectors, from our Equipment Checkout. You can even reserve what you need online!
For all the details, browse our Web site or download a PDF of our Quick Reference Services Directory.
So, make it your 2010 resolution to find out about all the ways the LTC can help you with your technology needs!
