UNESCO World Congress, 1996

UNESCO's Second International Congress on Education and Informatics, Educational Policies and New Technologies, was held July 1-5, 1996 in Moscow, Russia.

Dr. Paul E. Resta served as a member of the International Program Committee and was co-editor of the proceedings, Vols. 1-3.

The Congress explored the opportunities and challenges that the rapid development of information and communication technologies present the world community.
