Alice Boothe Belous, B.S. in Elementary Education 1976

Alice became a school librarian in 1978 and later became a sales representative for a library automation company. She automated over 400 school libraries in Texas, eventually overseeing opening day collections for school libraries in 27 states.  Today Alice works for Baker & Taylor, selling electronic book selection and purchase tools that assist public, academic, and school librarians.  She also uses her education background as she trains librarians in using technology.
