Description: This hand-crafted smock-apron is designed to be worn by the teacher. Students using nonverbal communication can point to the line-drawings (by Boardmaker) to communicate wants and needs. The drawings are attached by Velcro and can be changed as needed.

The is a simple communication tool that includes a Pocket Book with 32 cards and an Appointment Book with 64 cards. It facilitates communication through the use of Picture Prompt Cards.

GoTalk 4+ is a portable, user friendly communication device with five recording levels and 20 messages recorded on 4 big buttons, each 3” square. It has new features such as a quality sound system with volume control, easy recording. It is 9” x 12” x 1 1/8” in size and weighs 23 oz.

20+ is a handy communication device with 20 1” square buttons with five recording levels, holding a total of 100 messages. New features make it more user-friendly. For example, users can keep “core messages” in each level, requiring no rerecording. Recording quality is improved through better sound and volume control. Another new feature allows users to delete the recordings of an entire level at once rather than deleting them one by one.

Go Talk Overlay Software is a resource to create overlays for communication devices with approximately 1000 photos and 3000 symbol illustrations to choose from. Users can also create their own images. The created overlays can consist of an image, or text, or both and can also be used in many communication devices such as Pocket GoTalk, One by Four Talker, the Personal Talker, GoTalk4, 9+, and20+ Save. Overlays can be saved, printed, and exchanged with others using Go Talk.

One by Four Talker is a small, four button communication tool that can easily fit into a pocket or on a belt. Each of its four buttons is 11/2” square and can hold messages of up to 10 seconds. To communicate, users press on the corresponding pictures.

Palm Talker is a small (2 1/4” x 3” x 7/8”), light, ergonomically designed communication device that can be used with only one hand. It can hold four messages.

The Slim Talker is a handy communication device holding one message of up to 10 seconds. The user can add a 2” x 3 1/4” picture with the message. A lock-out feature prevents accidental erasure of messages.

Springboard Plus (with Spanish option) is a communication device that helps Spanish-speaking children and adults with communication disorders to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.

The Tech/Scan 32 Plus is a handy, light communication device that can be used with either the traditional touching of a button to select a message item or by scanning through the messages with ability switches. It comes with a case and shoulder strap for easy carring. The device includes six levels with 32 messages on each level. The messages are represented with 1.25” square pictures. If only 6 levels are needed, 192 messages are available. Default message length is 2.25 seconds but can be extended to 4.5 seconds. Description: This augmentative communication device by Mayer Johnson includes buttons with icons of general communication needs of young children. It has a recording mode, to create the sound bites for the communication buttons; and a play mode, to be used by children with communication difficulties.
