 The Great Talking Box Company

Featuring the EasyTalk, The Great Talking Box Company offers affordable augmentative communication devices. Individuals of all ages and disabilities can benefit from the EasyTalk's flexibility and ease of use. Due to digitized recording there are no language barriers. The EasyTalk has 8 recording levels and up to 54 minutes of extended recording time. Messages can be of variable length - no time limits per key. In Touch Systems 

In Touch Systems produces the Magic Wand Keyboard (IBM or Apple), a miniature computer keyboard and mouse designed for anyone with restricted or no hand/arm movement. Both keyboard and mouse work with the slightest touch of a wand, using either a hand-held wand or mouth stick. No pressure is needed, only contact. The Magic Wand Keyboard was by Jerry Crouch, president of In Touch Systems, for his wife Susan, who is quadriplegic. Susan now uses a computer to manage sales and marketing for the company.

Independent Living Aids
Information Services, Inc.

ISI is a Canadian-based company with offices in Canada and in Newbury, MA. Working with the Institute on Applied Technology at Children's Hospital, Boston, ISI jointly developed WriteAway, a DOS-based software writing tool-kit designed specifically for children and adults with learning and physical disabilities. WriteAway, available for the DOS and Windows 95 Operating Systems, integrates word-processing features with word prediction, text readback, built-in scanning, and alternate keyboard-access modes. The product has been used successfully by children and adults with a wide range of disabilities.

Innocomp

Innocomp manufactures and distributes products relating to augmentative communication. The products that we manufacture include the Say-It-All II Plus and the Say-It-Simply Plus now with Clarity Speech. Clarity Speech is a revolutionary new speech output designed by our company to have human quality speech in a text-to-speech system. It is available in male, female, and a child's voice. The goal is to provide quality speech output in an easy to use and lightweight device, and to provide this in a product that is economically feasible. 

Innovative Products

Innovative Products (IP) manufactures the GO-BOT & GBI which allows standing or seating with full support for the head, knees, back and torso areas of the body. The GO-BOT & GBI can also be outfitted with an optional tray system for daily use and support. The enhanced electronics package with speed control for the GO-BOT offers many of the features needed by children with disabilities to function to their potential in everyday life - with controls such as proportional joystick, switched, and a wireless radio remote control with emergency on/off for safety.

IntelliTools produces and distributes IntelliKeys, the high quality alternative keyboard, and a host of software products for people with physical, visual, or cognitive disabilities. Software includes the award-winning series of creativity tools: IntelliTalk - a versatile talking word processor, Overlay Maker - a drawing program for designing custom overlays for IntelliKeys, IntelliPics - an easy-to-use multimedia authoring program, and ClickIt! - a powerful utility providing mouseless access to point and click software.IntelliTools also publishes a growing number of ready-to-use curriculum resources including instant access to Edmark and Living Books software, Hands-On Concepts - an integrated early reading and math series, MathPad, and Exploring Patterns.
