Derica Watson is one of the two athletic trainers at Connally High, arriving in 2010. Prior to arriving at Connally, Derica spent 2 years at Lehman High School. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Texas at Austin and Masters of Science Degree from Texas State University.

Derica is married to Dorian Watson and has one dog.
